How can anyone consider entering into any agreement with a developer with a track record of never producing on the promises year after year? What’s the point?
No plans. Do you understand how important that is? This huge development and no one has seen any plans for a water treatment facility or a wastewater treatment facility. This developer is not ready to proceed.
The new agreement on water licensing was “a great step forward,” he said, and cleared a big hurdle that had prevented a start on building.

Not that it is of great relevance but I read somewhere that the proposed golf course was going to be fed water from waste-water (from where?)
