Grateful to my amazing lawyer Jason Gratl and the Judge for her decision. Next step is arranging court dates for examination of those who provided affidavits in the PPPA application. If DWR loses the PPPA application, their countersuit will be thrown out and we will proceed with our lawsuit against DWR.
