Has anyone else noticed the mls listings in Union Bay don’t mention Kensington Island Properties anymore? For years KIP has been used as a selling feature and suddenly nothing. Hi Ho the KIP is dead.

Anybody with a bit of common sense has seen the KIP project for what it is. You need a thriving economy and the developer needs deeper pockets. Nobody will touch this, not even investors in other provinces.
The current seat warmers of the local board will continue to work around KIP and push the costs of their grand ideas on existing taxpayers. It is time to remove this layer of goverment and put the future of Union Bay in qualified hands, not those trying to leave a legacy, for themselves or their children. No one pays much attention to UBID, SD 71 has still not responded and what is being done.
