Why is this board so worried about transparency?  The first of two emails I sent asking for a copy of the policy have been completely ignored in spite of the fact the Chair claimed at the Feb. meeting that email questions would be responded to if UBID had the answer – more BS.

The chair doesn’t want this policy discussed in public and so the majority has decided to hold Executive meetings.  Not ‘in camera’ – so that means they are open to the public but they are counting on no one being aware of these ‘Executive’ meetings.

Exactly what is wrong with this policy?  Nothing.  This board can’t abide by it so they want to change/ignore it.
