This CAO has proven he is unsuitable for the Admin/CAO position he currently holds. He intentionally excluded a trustee from receiving all documents sent to the other trustees and participated in an unlawful meeting with 4 other individuals and unlawfully recorded that meeting as a lawfully convened Committee of the Whole of the Union Bay Improvement District Board of Trustees complete with fabricated minutes. This CAO ceased to be acting in good faith on behalf of the Union Bay Improvement District and the landowners of Union Bay by participating in this conspiracy against another duly elected trustee. This CAO cannot be trusted to perform the duties expected of his position.

This CAO has conspired with the other 4 individuals who are unlawfully meeting and making decisions which this CAO knows are unlawful. Why would we keep this person employed in a position he has publicly breached numerous times?

Someone mentioned this at the meeting the other day. This is what the Admin/CAO is expected to be – an expert in rules and usages of a parliament or other deliberative assembly – our deliberative assembly is the board of Trustees of UBID.

This board hired someone with zero government experience and in order for UBID to function properly – they must replace this guy with someone experienced – the salary we are paying for someone who doesn’t know the job plus the legal mistakes by this board as a result could end up being very costly.
