Note the location DWR were dismantling the rusting ‘bunkhouse barge’ on soil with everything draining towards the ocean – not towards the white so called filter down by the orange and yellow pieces of equipment.

Now they have gone to all the trouble of moving the rust bucket down onto the paved surface – now that all the liquid has been released onto the dirt surface which drains towards the ocean.

This is the location as of today.

See that white cab with the long trailer behind it? Word has it that these guys travel when the scales are closed. Doesn’t look all that safe considering it’s all metal and stacked above the sides. Imagine this barrelling down the highway at 110/kph beside you.
