So this application loss is the beginning of their legal court losses. Borden Ladner Gervais tried to argue that we misunderstood the PPPA and it doesn’t apply to my lawsuit and that they didn’t care about me taking images, etc., and that it was trespassing, etc. After appearing before 2 Justices since Sept. 2022, BLG was shot down in their attempts to delay/prevent the PPPA application from proceeding.
PPPA hearing is scheduled for June 8 & 9 in Vancouver. 🙂
Guess they expect people to be intimidated by their legal bullying and DWR expects people to be intimidated by their physical bullying. So it appears that BLG and DWR employ their own versions of intimidation – one legally and the other physically in order to deter. Quite the team.
