This is Const. Lemon of the local RCMP who came by to ‘caution’ me in response to complaints from Deep Water Recovery claiming the drone is causing a safety hazard. Const. Lemon never did get back to me on the aviation regulation he was enforcing. These guys spout a lot of unenforceable ‘laws’ based on their opinion, not fact.

Here are the videos taken in March up until Const. Lemon showed up. As far as those guys working on the barge, the drone is no where near them. In fact a lot of times I don’t even see these guys unless I see their torch because they don’t seem to wear any safety equipment. So any workers looking up worried about the drone? Where’s the safety issue Const. Lemon refers to?
