That mucky water is from that blue piece of equipment spinning its wheels trying to pull an inflatable under the asbestos laden Miller Freeman.

I changed the setting to allow in more light in some of the video clips so you can see what they are doing in the shade of the Miller Freeman. Most of the videos are just hanging watching DWR trying to figure out how they are going to get that ship on to land.
