So you can see from the date of the image above is from July 5, 2011. Carol Molstad and Anne Alcock were elected in Apr. 2011, joining trustees Bruce Livesay and Cleve Goldswain to make a majority of the board of five. UBID had to agree to pay me in order for me to allow them to withdraw from the lawsuit as I was running up a legal bill defending it with my fantastic lawyer, Jason Gratl. When you initiate a lawsuit, you can’t go – my bad – nevermind. The UBID Board of trustees prior to Apr. 2011 initiated the lawsuit and paid the legal bills for it out of the taxes paid by all Union Bay landowners. Trustees Bruce Livesay and Cleve Goldswain who were elected in 2010 were not party to the lawsuit and never approved of funds being spent to sue a landowner as they were aware of the Powell River case. What do you think would be the total of taxpayers (your) money spent on lawyers fees for this lawsuit initiated by trustees without the consent of the landowners prior to initiating it? Word I heard was that it was at least $130,000. and that didn’t include the monies paid to me. Also heard at the time Edda Grant said she didn’t care if they spent $200,000.

This is the Molstad board withdrawing the Union Bay Improvement District from the lawsuit against me and the reasons why. With the Protection of Public Participation Act brought into BC law in 2019, these lawsuits are subject to a whole new set of rules and the judge can award costs if it turns out the lawsuit is attempting to prevent anyone from informing the public on matters that are of public interest.

The fifth trustee at the time was Alan deJersey who I like to refer to as Alan DeJerky. DeJerky would have known about UBID withdrawing from the lawsuit and the whiney little bitch just had to vent to someone, so he sent this to his woman friend July 3, 2011. DeJerky had been UBID Chair until the Molstad Board was voted in. The whiney little bitch couldn’t take it being the lone man out and resigned in shame – didn’t have the guts to attend one meeting after Apr. 2011. We were locked out from Dec. 2010 through April 2011 by this whiney little gutless bitch. I know he hates to be called stupid – but that’s what he is – a stupid whiney little bitch. Plus, Trustees Alan de Jersey, David Godfrey and Denis Royer negotiated the 2011 WIA with KIP during the time we were locked out – without the knowledge of Trustees Livesay and Goldswain. Three assholes who didn’t have a clue and you’re paying for it now.

Look at what trustee Susanna Kaljur endured for years (2016 – 2021) and never gave up even when those pos male trustees and that useless admin verbally abused her publicly and in private. Susanna Kaljur has bigger balls than that whiney little bitch who didn’t have the guts for one lousy meeting. I always knew he was a whiney little bitch and glad to prove it by offering Susanna as an example of someone who has integrity, values, stamina, courage, intellect and a who will fight for what is right to the end.

Hundreds of thousands spent on buying and renovating the school house that didn’t have clear title so the Credit Union could have space, but wouldn’t allow a daycare to operate because it might disturb the 1 full time and 2 part time employees. Thousands spent on a lawsuit trying to get SD 71 to take the white elephant back. Thousands spent on heating the entire building for 1 full time and 2 part time employees.

Some of those trustees were pretty loose with taxpayers money and yet they watched every penny when it came to them personally. For instance, when Trustee David Godfrey billed for mileage to attend every meeting of UBID. Godfrey’s nose got bent out of shape when Trustee Cleve Goldswain presented Godfrey with a pair of shoes since Godfrey was feeling such a financial strain. 🙂

Good riddance to Godfrey – noticed he’s selling up and getting out before the big bills hit. The guy who didn’t disclose that he was Kip’s representative for years. So all those assholes from 2011 are gone from Union Bay now except one – the one left doesn’t even count – just a typical follower. I have outlasted the ones who thought they were so smart and were going to take me down and yet here I am.

That’s just up until 2011.

Then in 2016, KIP and Godfrey got the gong show elected and the waste of taxpayers money continued. You’re paying a lot more now because those boards never planned for the future and kept telling landowners that KIP was going to be providing everything. The only board to plan if KIP didn’t come through was the Molstad board by purchasing the 20 acres by Langley Lake which the gong show Board sold and allowed KIP to dictate exactly where the water treatment facility would be built. This developer has been governing Union Bay since 2005 through 2020 with the exception of April 2011 – July 2016. That’s why you are paying and getting zilch from this sleazy developer and those who assisted in the fleecing of our community.
