New dumping spots. I have recorded these guys using the soil from a barge and spreading it out on the road by that road on the left of the above image.
Took video of this truck being loaded up with material from the barge on the right and then it was dumped and spread on the road. Who decides this material is safe? If it’s spread out over the site – how do they prevent it from reaching the ocean if they decide to scoop it up like they did when supposedly fixing the spit? There was plenty of soil being dumped with the rocks. Video below.
