Fortis lawyer, Shaneen Lawrence sent a cease and desist letter to a landowner who has been critical of Fortis on Twitter and posted a link to my blog. I took them – not her. They are not her pictures and she can’t remove them. Send my cease and desist letter to my lawyer, Jason Gratl.

These are the pictures and these guys drove past me and were watching me take pictures of DWR from the highway. What was their concern for safety mentioned by Shaneen?

These companies seem to think they can control the opinions of the public and a right to speak. They can’t. FU.

And get this, Shaneen even mentions the Protection of Public Participation Act to back up her claims – JFC. How does the PPPA apply to taking pictures/videos of Fortis doing their work? Bullshit and they know it. Fucking strong arm tactics threatening legal action if their stupid demands aren’t met.
