Gee Shaneen, I sure hope you follow up on your threats of legal action although I doubt you will because it’s all bullshit. Just a word vomit about their logo and trademark and the PPPA. The gall to try and pass off the PPPA as protecting employees and contractors from being photographed or video recording. This shit needs to be called out every time these companies pull this crap having their lawyers send these letters threatening legal action.

If you are ever served with one of these bullshit letters – call a good lawyer – not local. Don’t be intimidated – that’s what they want – to prevent you from having an opinion. The exact opposite of what the Protection of Public Participation Act is intended. Shaneen won’t take legal action against this landowner because she will be facing a PPPA application and lose.
