I hope there is a follow-up to this letter because I would love to know what ‘loitering’ and ‘suspicious’ or ‘potentially threatening behavior’ (American spelling) Shaneen is referring to or is she just using words and phrases to intimidate this person with no fucking proof? Shaneen threw in a bucket of word vomit. Reminds me of this gem by the lawyer representing the robber and thug Mark Jurisich offering up this defense of the actions of a robber and thug. Sounds a lot like the abusive spouse -SHE ASKED FOR IT.
The PIPA provides your workers with the right to not be filmed or photographed without their consent by YOU – their employer. It protects them from YOU!
The person you sent this pile of garbage passing it off as legally enforceable is allowed to photograph and video what is visible.
Here’s a perfect example. This is Fortis friend/buddy robber and thug Mark Jurisich recording me on private property. Here’s your buddy robber exhibiting suspicious or potentially threatening behavior.
The only thing stopping him from coming at me is the fucking fence. The robber and thug then sat in his truck with another thug/employee of Deep Water Recovery blocking my car for half an hour. I will be posting if Shaneen is foolish enough to risk Fortis reputation because they’re upset I photographed their employees when they were on Deep Water Recovery site and sent the threatening letter to someone who posted a link to my blog on social media. FLEAS!

Const. Monika Terragni, who told me on June 11, 2022 she would contact Jurisich and get back to me – she didn’t in spite of phone messages left and emails. When I packed up the broken drone left on my porch June 14, 2022 under the cover of darknes; dropped it off at the RCMP June 15, 2023. Terragni contacted me after I dropped it off and said would forward to the Crown as it was up to them to press charges. Crown declined – not in the public interest. I suspect whatever actions Const. Terragni took from June 11 to June 15, 2022 screwed up the case and this way, it goes away. Const. Terragni contacted Jurisich – what did she tell him and why did he keep the stolen property from a robbery from June 11, 2022 to June 15, 2022, with the police thinking this is perfectly fine. Something stinks and it will eventually come out – will take time. 🙂
