All those piles of ‘soil’ of different colours all over DWR property. How much of that came off of vessels with no one knowing what it contains?
Lousy filtration system – the percentage of what this so called system catches would be very low considering the placement and the fact DWR dismantled the majority of vessels on soil – not a sealed surface as the bully/robber claimed.
Workers sorting through junk to be put on that long trailer with the plywood sides.
