How gutless is thug/robber Mark Jurisich of Deep Water Recovery – I’ll tell you.

This gutless thug/robber still hasn’t submitted a sworn affidavit from the original statement of claim, suing him for the robbery, assault, intimidation, etc. Jurisich doesn’t have the guts to swear an affidavit that he didn’t commit the acts I have accused him of. Instead he got his lawyer to write this bullshit.

Sounds more like the garbage Rudy Giuliani spouts. We specifically deny but if he did – she provoked him. Ya, looks like the bullshit tactics from the states is infiltrating our legal system.

Over a year and this gutless wonder hasn’t the courage to submit a sworn affidavit denying any of the allegations against him. Why is this even allowed? Fucking coward.

Jurisich’s lawyers bungled this one up. They served Jason Gratl with the Response to Civil Claim and their Counter Claim against me on July 13, 2022.

Then they sent Jason Gratl a Cease and Desist Letter July 14, 2022.

Matthew Swanson put so much time into composing this letter – and Jason Gratl took the wind out of his sails with a short and sweet response:

Dear Mr. Swanson,

Please provide legal authority for the proposition that my client cannot video record your client’s business activity, and the proposition that your client owns a right to exclude my client’s drone from “its airspace”.
