What are the safety precautions that must be adhered to when on an industrial site? Is everyone required to wear a hardhat or is it optional?

Is that an AirB&B tucked in close to a residential area? Location, location, location.

Watching the movements of this site over the last year and a half, I have to wonder what are they thinking. This trailer has remained in the same spot but this year a lot of activity has happened around it. Wondered what that trailer was for – then I saw all the seating – is that a little coffee shop on the beach? Equipment to put that little boat in the water? A mini resort? Is that the local AirB&B? Trailers are scattered over the site. A large one that had been up near the entrance on the north east side was removed a couple of months ago.

DWR will do whatever they want.

If that trailer can be a permanent fixture on the beach – what’s to stop DWR from utilizing the ones from the bunkhouse barge?
