Saw a cloud of dust and Skippy came riding up on his little scooter, taking pictures, waving for me to look at him. What a moron. Blindly following thug Jurisich’s orders could be a big mistake for Skippy dealing with the public off DWR’s site. Someone needs to educate Skippy about what authority he actually has – ZERO. Not surprised this dolt is a lap dog. That’s what happens with multi generational Union Bay families. Have to live with their parents/grandparents because they are never taught to be independent. Bunch of wimps.
