Is the CVRD calculating how much water is available from Langley Lake by previous elected officials figures?

Those doubting the amount of water available from Langley Lake to service thousands of homes Kensington Island Properties planned on building were told “Do the math”. This is the official landowners update from the Union Bay Improvement District Board of Trustees in Sept. 2009. Those that are touting their terms as trustee on the Union Bay Improvement District Board during this period should be embarrassed. Most of those dimwits are gone now and what benefit did their actions actually accomplish for Union Bay? Zip! We are now subsidizing the development – sewer must be brought down to Union Bay to ensure the developer is able to proceed.

…it should be fairly obvious that Langley Lake has a sufficient supply of water to service the KIP development and other future developments.
