Mr. Lewis indicated it’s the Developer who controls what is going to be built, where and when.

…UBID needs the developer in order to be viable.
Brian McMahon
My lawyer said if we go to court on this, we would win.
Brian McMahon June 30 2015 Echo
This is not a board of executives working on Wall Street, said McMahon. This is retired people working on the UBID Board.
McMahon June 30, 2015, criticizing the Molstad board as though they weren’t competent, but who had hired professional negotiators to deal with McMahon. McMahon couldn’t handle that.
By the time David Godfrey started gathering names on a petition, he had to be aware of the flaws in the agreement since he’s been keeping track of the goings on at UBID. He’s attended meetings, written letters, etc., so why did he push for this extremely flawed agreement, masquerading as a concerned landowner even after the UBID Board provided a list of major problems with the 2011 WIA, that would put the landowners in jeopardy?
David Godfrey should have come clean about when he took on the role as the Representative of KIP. Why did Godfrey intentionally hide this fact when promoting Kensington Island Properties since at least June of 2015? How could David Godfrey claim to be representing the Concerned Citizens of Union Bay, simultaneously being a Representative of Kensington Island Properties in a dispute over a flawed expired legal agreement?
Now, maybe David Godfrey did all this out of the goodness of his heart – but this is the same guy who billed mileage to UBID while a trustee, driving from Montrose to the UBID office. So, I’m pretty skeptical.
This is what they really think of Union Bay landowners.
Trustee Alan Webb’s submission below of the flaws in the WIA at the June 15, 2015 meeting where Godfrey presented KIP’s petition these facts didn’t seem to register with Godfrey as real concerns.

Echo June 30, 2015, McMahon’s bs and his lawyer’s response to the above concerns.

The agreement David Godfrey, Alan De Jersey and Denis Royer ‘negotiated’ and touted as a ‘gift’ to Union Bay, in secret without the knowledge of the other two trustees while the electorate was illegally locked out.
