When DWR dismantles on the bare soil, they allow everything to be absorbed into the bare soil with the remainder draining straight down into the ocean.

Watching Rick Ward’s drone video gave me a good view of the elevation between the two surfaces that I couldn’t see being up so high. All the screenshots are from Rick’s Shipyard video dated Dec. 23, 2020, at the bottom of this post.

Actually shocked at how low the bare soil area is that DWR uses to dismantle barges compared to the surrounding area. Intentionally made to drain towards the ocean.

This is not going to get any better – it’s only going to get worse. This is by design.

Quite the difference between each surface clearly from all angles.

How efficient is their filtration system if is for the asphalt area only, when they are dismantling most of the barges on the bare soil?
Draining towards the ocean by design – filtration visible top centre.
