This shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone living in Union Bay witnessing most of those elected to the Union Bay Improvement District Board of Trustees failed miserably to plan for replacement and renewal (Molstad board was the exception) of our aging infrastructure. They always touted what Kensington Island Properties aka Union Bay Estates was going to provide – well, what benefit did we get from all those empty promises. ZIP.
