NOTE: couple of corrections – heard from the couple who advised the following.

The police didn’t show up in Buckley Bay, but he said he had called them and given them our license plate number,  They were on the line at the moment and he handed my husband, XXX, his phone.  He spoke to apparent “dispatch” at the gas station.  Why we trusted that, I don’t know.  I suppose it could have been anyone on the phone?

XXX said to the dispatch that we wanted to make a complaint, and was told that they would call back.  I don’t think they have called back yet.  I’ll let you know if they do.  If not, we will call the RCMP later today or tomorrow morning.  

The couple gave me permission to publish the incident without their names which has left them obviously shaken. Imagine the terror you would feel having this nutcase following behind you for miles? This couple is not from the area.

The RCMP responded quickly to Jurisich’s complaint – what crime did Jurisich claim had been committed by the couple that the cops showed up at Buckley Bay? Geezuz, what’s going on with the local RCMP – friends in high places?

A couple were driving south on the Island Hwy and turned left (towards the ocean) at the entrance to Deep Water Recovery to see what it looked like.  There were trucks going in and out, with a truck behind them so they kept going and immediately turned around when they could. They proceeded back to the highway at which point Jurisich (who was entering from the highway) stopped his car at an angle across 2 lanes, preventing the couple from exiting, jumped out and ran towards the couple in their vehicle.  The couple, scared, quickly drove away south on the Island Hwy. Jurisich jumped back in his vehicle and followed them on the highway all the way to Buckley Bay where they pulled into the gas station.  Jurisich had called the police, who attended and spoke to the couple.  Jurisich told them they should have talked to him when he ran to their car. The police said they would be contacting the couple again.

I have a couple of questions: How long was Jurisich on the phone to the RCMP dispatch? Was he talking to the dispatcher all the way to Buckley Bay? 

Why is this thug allowed to continually pull this bullshit? Why are the police turning a blind eye to the many instances of him banging on the doors and window of DWR neighbours, harassing them when they are with their children, spitting at their vehicles as he drives by, threatening to bankrupt them? Robbing me of my property at the Union Bay Community Hall parking lot, blocking in my vehicle so I could leave, having his DWR employee thugs looking for me at the coal hill. JFC. This guy is out of control.

If you accidentally pull into the property – the nutcase is coming for you. That gate is normally closed preventing entrance – a fluke that the couple pulled in when there were multiple trucks going in and out with the gate open.
