Hoping that DWR’s latest stunt – cutting apart the hull of the Miller Freeman that contains asbestos was enough for gov’t to take action.

Notice the sandy coloured line running to the ocean – bypassing their filtration system.

Looks the same as 3 days ago.

Nothing changed in the last 3 days.
