All these incidents involve just me – there are many more involving Jurisich banging on the doors and windows of Spence Rd landowners, spitting on their cars as they pass, harassing a Mother with her child at the bus stop. Threatening to bankrupt those landowners who spoke out against DWR, altercations with multiple landowners, etc.

June 11, 2022. Jurisich steals my property from me at the Union Bay Community Hall. Const. Monika Terragni of the RCMP stated she would speak to Jurisich and call me back. Never happened.
Thug/robber Mark Jurisich returning the property he robbed me of – June 14, 2022, under the cover of darkness. Did Const. Monika Terragni tell Jurisich to return it – is that why no charges were pressed?
June 15, thug/robber Jurisich pulls up and blocks my escape again at the Union Bay Community Hall. I had to reverse and go forward a few times in order to leave. The entire parking lot was empty, but he chose to stop right in front of my vehicle.

Jurisich outright lies to the RCMP officer. Officer tells him to go back to DWR and he will attend – nope – Jurisich stays until officer leaves.
Here’s the statutory right of way Jurisich and his lawyers claimed I physically trespassed on DWR property. Jurisich would come barreling across the highway demanding anyone leave the road who didn’t have his permission.
June 22, 2022. Jurisich blocks my vehicle for half and hour preventing me from leaving when I’m parked on a statutory right of way. It took from June 22, 2022, until Oct. 2023, for DWR’s lawyers to concede I did not physically trespass. One of many fantasy claims made in their counterclaim.
Apr. 27, 2023. DWR thug Andras Balla and another DWR employee drove from DWR to the Coal Hill to find me. The thug claimed he was gathering evidence. This thug was in the vehicle when Jurisich robbed me of my property at the Union Bay Community Hall June 11, 2022.
June 6, 2023. Jurisich sees me on the statutory right of way and comes tearing across trying to intimidate me again. This guy is a nutcase.
