UPDATE Mar 30/24: This was posted on the Union Bay Bulletin Board. In Envirochem’s report dated Feb. 2023, it was claimed septic waste from the recreational vehicle was stored in totes and taken offsite for disposal. So which is it, and if it’s being taken off site – where was it taken because the Cumberland site has been closed.

Would love to read the Examinations for Discovery that took place last year. DWR has time on their side because the courts are so backed up. That’s all they have. Tick tock – it’s only a matter of time.

Wonder if Deep Water Recovery’s lawyers had to amend their response to civil claim after Andras Balla and wife packed up their recreational vehicle and moved on May 30, 2023.

The picture above was taken Apr. 5/22, circled the 2 recreational vehicles. The upper one was removed in the spring of 2023, and was occupied by thug Andras Balla and his wife, Dena, who were both employees of thug Mark Jurisich of Deep Water Recovery. Don’t know where they went. That leaves the one by the ocean.

We’re supposed to believe, for more than 2 years, someone is living in the recreational vehicle down by the ocean and supposedly using ‘sewage totes’ as a method for all sewage/wastewater discharged from this vehicle? The water used for cooking, showering, washing, etc., is going where exactly?

The pictures below were provided though a FOI request. Jurisich’s claims about the sewage and how its disposed of don’t match Envirochem’s report . How do they empty those totes in that pipe?

Almost 2 years since this was filed. Good reading.

Notice of Civil Claim filed against Deep Water Recovery by the Comox Valley Regional District.

This law firm is hilarious – it’s like reading a skit. 🙂

DWR’s response to civil claim by the CVRD disputing anyone is housed.

… based on discussion with DWR, septic waste from the recreational vehicle is stored in totes and taken offsite for disposal.
