Examples of how Jurisich pretends to not understand what has been proven and is on repeat, same ole, same ole.

But Jurisich says it’s been an industrial site for 120 years, with coal all around and copper that was even mined on Mount Washington, so that must be where the high numbers are coming from.

Elevated background concentrations do not suggest that more contaminants ought to be introduced, but rather that the receiving environment may be approaching, at, or beyond its capacity to absorb such contaminants. In this case, while there is not sufficient evidence to determine what the capacity of the environment is for additional contaminants, Deep Water bears the burden of proof and did not present persuasive evidence that the receiving environment is able to tolerate further effluent discharges without ill effect.

Jurisich says he’s diverted rainwater coming down the property away from the work site, but sampling hasn’t been done yet, and says he also has plans to build a $5.2 million marine workspace with a 600 foot concrete pad and 450 foot shelter, but he doesn’t have the permit to do it.

This should be credited to Jurisich. This diversion directs all that flow, that used to flow down around the bottom of the lower green barge and sometimes even reach the “filtration system”, towards the soil as the pic clearly shows. The very soil where torching apart barges is taking place. Zero precautions for the soil or what is eventually washed in the ocean.

Dig a trench and then cover it with ???

The one Jurisich wants a pat on the head is the diverting by plowing through the greenery on the north side of the berm. Bare soil in upper portion of next 4 pics.

Culvert runs under the road (from approx where blocks turn left) and is visible in the lower right of the pic. You can see it has water in it.

Diverting the water.

Some pics showing the initial results of the diversion.
