Just a couple of KIP’s aka Union Bay Estates test wells.

This has been KIP’s MO – every few years go through the motions as though you’re starting – poof – nothing. I was ignorant and believed the spin ole slick peddled. All the over the top promises and bullshit. Really, I believed ole slick when KIP was promising to build waterfront homes and condos – on the coal hill! How could no one in the entire community have the common sense to question such ridiculous statements? We were suckers and allowed a predator to control all decisions made for the future of our community. Signed agreements mean nothing.

Cleared up Mcleod Rd saying they were going to start building homes. Actually cleared this area twice. KIP instead made it into a gravel pit without a permit and when was finally caught, applied for a permit to be backdated to cover the period it started. Never applied for a steep slope permit.

Cleared Argyle area and promised the landowners the mounds of debris from the clearing would not be burned and that they would be advised. KIP aka Union Bay Estates burned them with no notice or reason. Also reinvents KIP every few years – look at all the different name changes trying to hide the fact this is a sleazy developer who never produces. For a few years KIP actually named the development “The Union Bay Community”. Screenshot below.
