This was the Pro KIP board in action. The only person at the table with ANY experience was Kevin Douville, the administrator! It was a Gong Show. They brought forth crazy shit all the time but could never back up their reasons – that’s when you know they’re just doing what they were told.

They stumbled and bumbled like this until June 2019, when they lost the majority. Only 2 pro KIP remained.

They were on the board and yet were ignorant or chose to ignore the letter from UBID’s counsel advising KIP’s counsel the agreement was terminated.
