Look where they parked the rust bucket barge, anything running down the deck is going to go straight into the ocean. Overhanging their so called “filtration system” for the entire site. Look at all that contaminated soil moved so the contaminants can be washed down into the ocean. Great move!
Starting to look like a trailer park again. Settled in with BBQ, chairs, etc. Yet DWR insisted in their Response to Civil Claim by the CVRD that no one lived on the site.
