Still torching/ship breaking the asbestos laden Miller Freeman’s rudder below the high tide mark with no precautions as to what is being introduced to the marine environment. See that blue piece of equipment – they would have had to drive that into the ocean, around the cement block to get back above the high tide mark.
Then later after the tide has risen, a guy with no safety equipment is up on a ladder in the ocean also torching. Ya, this is a state of the art ship recycling facility.
