Don’t know the name of the company that is working on this barge. So DWR not only continues as usual, now they’re allowing another company to come in and do the same. No problem – they know they can just ignore anything negative and appeal and/or ignore determinations.
This is a good test to see if a company can simply continue – no matter what authorities decide based on rules/regulations.
