Here he is bullshitting talking about water filtration and yet he never submitted one piece of documentation to UBID that was required to proceed with the 2011 WIA – never, and then asked for an extension 3 months prior to the agreement expiring. He let the agreement expire and then stirred up the community with falsehoods with his flunkies like Peter Jacques, Glen Loxam, Rick Bitten, Ted Harldson, David Godfrey all happy to oblige.

Yes, he was advised to stop badgering the board because the deal was dead and if he wanted to negotiate an agreement to contact UBID’s legal counsel. Instead he held meetings and told absolute falsehoods to the community to turn landowners against the UBID Board. A real POS.
