Is Dynamic Steel Repair actually going to paint the barge they’ve been working on right where it sits on the edge of the asphalt and soil? What kind of company does this willingly, knowing they are straddling the edge of the soil and knowing there is nothing protecting the ocean from what’s introduced from the work being done on their barge?
