So DWR has been burning wet lumber for the last 4 days.
Keep an eye on the guy with the broom (?) around the newly painted barge. Watch as he uses it to wash the paint (?) away and into the flow draining into the ocean. You can see him in the beginning of the video working his way down. Out of sight, out of mind, right?
