Time to start counting down to the trial. It should be entertaining since idiots like thug Jurisich don’t pay attention to the previous lies they’ve told. This is going to be a slam dunk. DWR’s counsel Borden Ladner Gervais have run out of delaying tactics, although I wouldn’t rule out a sudden problem in order to avoid the consequences of robbing me of my personal property.

DWR countersued. My lawyer, Jason Gratl, filed a Protection of Public Participation Act application. BLG fought the PPPA application and lost an appeal. PPPA proceeded and the judge threw out the lions share of DWR’s countersuit. Also, judges presiding over PPPA applications can award cost up to 100% – this is to discourage lawyers from using tactics to shut people up. Jason Gratl was awarded 2/3 costs regarding the PPPA application. It’s been one loss after the other for DWR and BLG.
Once the PPPA was dealt with then the lawsuit proceeded. So we’ve had this trial date for over a year and DWR is finally going to be held accountable for the robbery and other actions taken against me. Examinations for Discovery complete.
