This is NOT a win in the war against this polluting, foreign owned company – we won this battle but the war continues. We have the momentum and need to use it because you know these felons and thugs are not going to just suddenly change their character or ways of operating their polluting business.

I’ve made no secret of my feelings regarding MLA Josie Osborne and the Deep Water Recovery ship breaking issue but I have to give her credit here for being a part of the decision to cancel DWR’s lease. Better late than never. I appreciate the work of everyone involved in the ongoing battle to prevent DWR from continuing to pollute Baynes Sound all while under a Pollution Abatement Order.
