Look how shallow the ocean is in the 35 acre lease the Ministry just CANCELLED. Who in their right mind thought this was a good spot for ship breaking? Maybe a foreign owned company who are thugs and convicted felons trying to take advantage of Canada’s non existent ship breaking regulations.
Canada needs to catch up and make sure there are facilities in deep ports to recycle end of life vessels in dry dock preventing contaminants from being released.
