These guys have some gall – they don’t even make an attempt – just flat out ignore and appeal whatever decision is handed down in each instance. The only item on the list they’ve complied with is the water treatment plant. Their legal bills must be astronomical.

Wonder if there is an appeal process with the lease being canceled. We know DWR appeals everything. Pretty hard sell when you see the work done since the Treatment Plan was approved, which is basically nothing, so on what legal basis could they ever imagine would result in DWR regaining that 35 acre lease? DWR has nothing to show as a sign of any good faith or reason to give them a break – quite the opposite – there is every reason to doubt info provided by DWR because of the drone footage. Big shout out to Officer Deagle who is a regular viewer of my drone videos. Happy to help.

How is this business making any money? Have my suspicions when 1 of the owners of Union Bay Industries is convicted felon Robert Bohn Sr., lottery scam, racketeering, money laundering… Mister innocent: https://thediscourse.ca/comox-valley/deep-water-recovery-executives-say-shipbreaking-operations-arent-polluting-union-bay

That’s what we bought. I want to be left alone. [I’m] not saying with no oversight, I just want to be left alone to run my business.”

Ya,I bet he wanted to be left alone when he was scamming, racketeering and money laundering too!
