Just a FYI – once the 60 days are up for this foreign owned polluting business to remove their shit from the lease – we all need to keep an eye on any activity of DWR on the foreshore and report it immediately as they will be trespassing. Pictures, video, proof of them trespassing.
The first document is the latest Determination of Administrative Penalty which discusses the Pollution Abatement Order which was under appeal.
The second document is the dismissal of DWR’s appeal of the PAO fine. Tough luck, thugs.
