June 11, 2022. Video from dash cam showing Jurisich with – what is that? Is that a drone? Gee, when he jumped out of the car driven by accomplice Andras Balla before it even stopped he didn’t have a drone in his hand.
Under the cover of darkness on June 14, 2022, robber Mark Jurisich came to my home and left the stolen property on my front porch. The next day I took the stolen drone to the RCMP as evidence of the robbery and provided security camera footage of Jurisich and his accomplice from the robbery (Andras Balla) who was standing ‘guard’ outside the vehicle when the stolen property was returned.
Justice Morley had this to say about DWR’s claims and what they submitted in their pleadings when he ruled on the Protection of Public Participation Act application. How’d you like a Justice making those comments about your lawyers firm. Wouldn’t give me much confidence in their judgement.
“Characterizing this as a “campaign” is fair enough. Characterizing it as “malicious”, “wrongful”, “high-handed” and “deserving of rebuke” is not just over-the-top-rhetoric, but troubling in itself in a pleading.
Below is what happened when the robber Mark Jurisich aggressively came at me parking his 1/2 ton in front of my car, pushing his arms and head into my vehicle with his phone to record the drone, so I had to reverse and go forward multiple times in order to escape. He then followed me to my home and parked outside, calling 2 of his employees to join him as we waited for the police.
Jurisich is a lying thug.
DWR’s lawyers are hilarious, they claim Jurisich never stole the drone but the drone was promptly returned and that I accepted return of the drone! See point #38 in their response to my Civil Claim below. June 11 to June 14 is promptly. Think about Justice Morley’s comments.

June 22, 2025, Jurisich parked his truck in front of my vehicle which is parked on a public right of way while I was visiting a fellow landowner. The thug and employee Ruttan did this for over half an hour.

This is thug/robber Mark Jurisich leaving the DWR site obviously to intimidate as I sat in the vehicle with another landowner. I believe Jurisich was enraged to see me flying again as the previous day my home and car were vandalized and he must have believed the problem (me) had been dealt with.
He was quoted by the media about the vandalism at my home.
