Jurisich throws bullshit to see what sticks, refers to definitions regarding the MF’s status, unforeseen problems like the airbags being punctured, expect technical difficulties, etc., and touts DWR’s ability to remove vessels from the water. Ya, it only took DWR 2 years and 7 months to move the MF – that’s something to brag about. The airbags punctured because they are only good for flat bottomed vessels like barges and DWR torched pieces off the MF under the high tide mark leaving sharp edges. DWR doesn’t have the equipment, expertise, or facilities for anything but barges – that’s the f*cking technical difficulties!
