The female Barney Fife – RCMP Const. Terragni

NOTE: I posted this on other forums who might not be aware – the case is finished. That’s why I’m posting this info now. I’ve waited 3 years to be able to speak about this. I’m not looking for sympathy or support – I won big – this is a heads up to those who rely on the RCMP to actually investigate and wonder why their case went tits up. Unprofessional, sloppy, uncaring. Two standards – one for the police and their relatives/friends and another for the rest of us.

I’ll be making a post about Const. Catalan as well to illustrate this isn’t a one off.

You’ve probably seen or heard Monika Terragni’s name when these guys go through the motions of looking for suspects and reach out to the media.

This is my experience with her:

I contacted the RCMP after thug Jurisich robbed me around 1 pm on June 11/22 of my property (drone) and was told by the dispatcher an officer would respond. Const. Terragni called me and I explained what happened. She said she’d get back to me after speaking to Jurisich.

I sent her this email that afternoon.

Never heard back from her again.

Here Terrani states “The police did not provide Mark with your home address – under no circumstances would we do that.” Ya, but you fucking told him to return the drone – where was he going to return it to if not my home? That was the instructions from Terragni to thug/thief Jurisich.

No charges. Now read the excerpts from Ruttan’s transcripts about what the RCMP did.

How is the Crown going to lay charges when our female Barney Fife decided it was no big deal and just told the pos thug Jurisich to just return the drone – ya – to my house and then deny it. Terragni fucked up and she knows it. What kind of case can the Crown bring when the cop told the suspect to just return the stolen property.
