Mark Jurisich’s definition of a “compromise of disputed claims”. In other words – he was scared shitless – and so he should be. I would never want to be grilled by Jason Gratl if he thought I was lying. The transcripts I posted are just a taste of the squirming.

Statement by Mark Jurisich provided to Kendall Hanson of Chek News. Nov. 9/25.

Jurisich had no defence. In all their crazy legal filing making accusations about me, why didn’t they cross examine me in 3 years to prove their statements? I think they initially believed they could shut me up and make me go away by counter suing and causing me to incur huge legal debt or give up. That’s where Jason Gratl comes in. Jason has been my counsel for over a decade and guided me through some crazy legal issues, always with a positive outcome.

That’s why people need to be aware of the Protection of Public Participation Act. It is there to protect those who speak out on issues in the public interest. You have a right to an opinion and voice it.

June 2022:

  • I claimed Mark Jurisich robbed me of my drone June 11/22.
  • I claimed Mark Jurisich came to my home and dropped off the stolen and broken drone June 14/22.
  • I claimed Mark Jurisich confronted me again and followed me home June 15/22.

Now:

  • Mark Jurisich admitted in writing that he took my drone without consent and damaged it.
  • Mark Jurisich apologizes for his actions related to me on June 11, 14 and 15/22.
  • Mark Jurisich regrets engaging with me at the Community Hall parking lot and in front of my home.
  • Mark Jurisich and DWR regret these actions and will not conduct themselves this way again.

Poor Jurisich is incapable of being truthful or maybe it’s a language barrier. Although he is from Australia, but I’m pretty sure in Australia if you take something without the owners permission, they would call that theft and you would clearly be a thief. So by his own country’s language – Jurisich is a thief.

I’d certainly like to know what the ‘compromise of disputed claims‘ Jurisich is referring to here. I didn’t compromise any of my claims. The only negotiating was on the amount of money Jurisich was going to pay instead of being exposed during trial as a thief and thug. Plus, a signed apology letter. That’s it. We agreed to an amount we felt we would win at trial.

We conceded zero in my claims – because they were valid. Jurisich and Deep Water Recovery were toast from the minute Jason Gratl got involved and it has cost them $$$$$. I’m happy, Jason’s happy, Borden Ladner Gervais must be happy rolling in the hundreds of thousands pouring into their coffers from a hot head client. The only one not happy is Mark Jurisich – too bad, so sad.
