Easy to identify the marks from the survey of the Crown foreshore lease. Jurisich has no right to store, use or cross that line. Sure as shit he would have defended that area when he had authority and would have called the cops on anyone setting foot. He has zero authority right now and should be treated the way he would have treated a trespasser. None of this shit looking the other way when this thug pulls the very shit he accuses others of. Just a whiny little man.

Zero effort to comply each and every day. Simply refusing and appealing every decision and then continuing as usual. That’s how they’ve managed to get away this long. That’s their MO. Same with our case – they strung out the Protection of Public Participation Act application for over 2 years before we could proceed with the case which they knew they were going to lose. Time is their friend.

Foreshore Jan 13, 2026. Months of trespassing by not removing the vessel Surveyor and the large red barge with an old ferry anchored beside it.

That is a huge foreshore lease. What idiots to risk losing access to the waterfront from their property because they stubbornly refused to abide by decisions and continue polluting. Jurisich acts like rules/regs don’t apply to him.

This is from when Union Bay Industries was for sale prior to the admitted thief/thug Mark Jurisich and convicted felon, money launderer Robert Bohn Sr. purchasing it.

They’ll have to go south on their property to legally access the ocean. Ya, as though he’s going to abide by any restrictions – he just simply disagrees and does what he wants.

This image from the past sale shows how shallow the area is and if the owner was abiding by laws, they would be extremely limited to launch boats, never mind vessels, based on tides.

If DWR tries to sell and can’t entice a buyer with that added Crown foreshore lease, (which I believe to be $50K a year) that property doesn’t look that appealing now does it? Who wants to pay waterfront prices when all that waterfront is prohibited from use?

You can be sure that particular Crown Foreshore Lease has been flagged as a problem that must be remedied and if it’s issued again, there will be scrutiny. FAFO.

Who confused the old deep sea port in Union Bay a couple of kilometres south with this DWR shitshow?

From The Friendly Port by Janette Glover. Dock 60′ above high tide.
