Funny these guys follow the same playbook as sleaze ball VP of Kensington Island Properties aka Union Bay Estates – keep changing the name of the company once they are exposed for the pieces of shit they are. Their properties were next to each other and sleaze ball was often spotted at DWR. They even had the same law firm – Borden Ladner Gervais – which is no surprise.
