How sad that Union Bay has been brought to its knees financially by a sleazy developer. KIP/McMahon couldn’t have pulled it off without those who proudly supported the conman, some will defend him to this day.

Our finances are so bad compared to other Areas that Area A & B contributed $600K towards the new Fire Hall construction. Think about that – finances so well managed they contributed that huge amount of money – gave it away to another Area out of the goodness of their hearts.

That’s how bad incompetents ran the Union Bay Improvement District Board – the exception is the Molstad Board sabotaged by KIP and the transition process chaired by Ian Munro. They both cleaned up the shit left by the pro KIP idiots.

I’ve been looking at documents from 10 years ago and it’s shocking how stupid and gullible these idiots were and continue to be, oblivious to the damage they contributed to in their eagerness to please a McMahon/KIP.

I’m so grateful I started this blog and documented and named those who made laws and decisions affecting an entire community and its future, long after their dead. The community is suffering now and will for decades.
