If you care about Union Bay you should spend the 21 minutes watching the condensed version of the pro KIP majority UBID Board first meeting to know who can be trusted in elected positions to represent you. If you suspect wrongdoing speak up. You have every right to ask questions and expect answers. These hicks will try all kinds of shit to shut you up – don’t let them. This is the condensed version of the very first meeting of a green inexperienced board on Nov. 13, 2016. Loxam, Jacques and Bitten force a vote to instruct legal counsel to enact the force majeure clause of the expired 2011 Water Infrastructure Agreement and grant Kensington Island Properties an extension.

You will note Trustee Elliott makes a motion to amend Loxam’s motion of instructing legal counsel to initiate the force majeure, to instead forward the agreement to the lawyer to determine if the agreement is still valid. Loxam refuses and insists on the wording – obviously provided by someone else and dumbo couldn’t veer off on any word. Loxam even repeats the lie that McMahon told about not being able to proceed due to the remediation of the coal hill – another lie easily proven. I have a document from the Province stating the remediation did not preclude KIP from proceeding with the development. McMahon told them lies and the fools lapped it up, believed it, acted on it and were his useful idiots.

Watch any of the videos and you can see they don’t know why they’re supporting certain actions and can never justify them.

This was Nov. of 2016 and the WIA expired Dec. 31, 2014. Loxam and Jacques took around a petition in 2015 along with Godfrey trying demanding the Molstad UBID Board give KIP/McMahon the extension.

Touting the benefits of the $1.9 Million interest free loan by KIP (figure changes depending on source). Godfrey didn’t come clean it was a loan until 2015 and not a gift they claimed in 2011 when they secretly negotiated the WIA without the knowledge of 2 trustees. They told us it was a gift.

Pay attention to what they say and how confident they are in their statement about this agreement and what it contains.

Now if you paid attention to what was said in the above video. This is Rick Bitten rewriting history – just spewing absolute bullshit about his actions with regards to that fucking WIA agreement and the motion by goof Loxam.

Bitten is so used to baffling these hicks they don’t pay attention to what he actually says. He backs off on his original claim that it was a request to see if agreement was legal. But I want you to note he says the problem with the old agreement was that we wouldn’t own the treatment plant. Then why did he try to force it through?

KIP/McMahon was directing the action of the majority of this board. These clowns could never admit a mistake no matter how ridiculous it was.
