Going down memory lane to refresh the memory of those who played an integral part in the current situation we find ourselves in as a community. That’s my biggest beef with Union Bay – a lack of documentation and it appears it has been left to me. That’s fine, I have receipts and when I croak the blog info doesn’t disappear.

Let’s see if anything has improved. Spoiler – the boil has erupted.

The knuckle draggers in this community don’t have the brains to fight back with words, they have to physically make their opposition known by vandalizing my home and vehicle. That’s what these people don’t understand because they lack the courage to stand on their own, they always have to have backup or a group like rats. Is there anything lower than someone who hides their shitty identity and vandalizes homes? How proud they must be sharing with their low life friends how they showed that 75 year old bitch, right?

Yes they are physically stronger than me but they fear me mentally and are confused because I won’t bend to their usual tactics so being knuckle draggers – they attack my home and property. They should know by now I’m stronger than all of them. They will never know the satisfaction I get from standing on my own, (with Jason Gratl) never asking anyone to stand with me, and winning over and over. 3 apology letters so far.

Why do you think Jason thinks my cases are fun and defends me? It’s because he believes in my right to free expression and knows what it takes to stand on your own and admires me for it. Years ago Jason told me to read an old play titled “Enemy of the People” and every once in a while I read it again.

Union Bay has allowed a few select families to adopt some type of special status as though their mere existence bestows knowledge and qualifies them to be a voice in the future of the community and equates to sound judgement.

First all candidates meeting for Union Bay trustee positions open in October 2016. This election was necessary due to the resignations of 3 experienced trustees after newly elected Peter Jacques and Glenn Loxam secretly negotiated an agreement with KIP. At this point Jacques and Loxam are trustees and have 3 months experience. Only experience left at UBID was the Administrator Kevin Douville.

David Godfrey is hosting the meeting and I’d like to take this opportunity again to stress Godfrey never once disclosed to the landowners at any of these meetings that he in fact was a spokesperson for KIP, McMahon. It was in confidential minutes of a meeting with the CVRD and KIP where Godfrey was introduced as the KIP spokesperson.

I attended and proceeded to video. When someone doesn’t want to be recorded – they can’t back up what they’re about to state. Video provides exactly what transpired instead of relying on memory and can be referred to when in doubt.

Bitten, Jednorog and Haraldson all objected to being recorded – no justification. These are cowards and an example of the shit that is tolerated by the residents in Union Bay. So as you can see, I abided. Now have a look at what they did when there was another all candidates meeting a couple of nights later.

Any of these community meetings where it is not being recorded is intentional. That way they can be careless with words and when called on it they can claim that’s not what they said. Will post the clip of Bitten squirming at a meeting where he tried to rewrite history and was pissed when I pressed him on what actually happened.

Plus, anyone who thinks it was great than Arbour video recorded and live streamed the Town Hall in Feb, 2026. He only did it because I hounded the shit out of him for a month, hurt his feelings and then he refused to answer my simple question if he was going to record the meeting. JFC people – demand more accountability instead of just nodding along.

It’s 2026 and it’s too difficult to video a public meeting? Use your brains and end this hillbilly governance.

Prior to the meeting, Jednorog and Bitten were huddled in the vestibule and stayed there instead of taking their seats at the table. I was informed later by a landowner who said Bitten told him it was going to be a gong show.

So that’s what fine upstanding Rick Bitten and looney Jednorog planned because they feared the electorate might hear information they didn’t agree with.

Their buddy Darcy Rainy of the Community Club was there and did squat – allowed his buddies to pull shit on people who paid rent to the hall for that meeting.

Always got a chuckle out of looney’s few posts. You see why I know I am a strong person – nothing worked for them. That’s another indicator of spineless characters in Union Bay – they can’t take any criticism, none. After all the stupid names and crap they’ve thrown at me over the years thinking it would hurt me, because it’s something they could never withstand. No one has ever come at me or disputed the information on my blog – they are opposed to the fact I provide the information that might expose them.

So Bitten gets elected and what does he do? He apologizes on behalf of the UBID to Jednorog (his co-conspirator) for the assault she claimed to have suffered. This bullshit is what passes as acceptable in Union Bay. These fucking people intentionally disrupted the meeting because they couldn’t decline the invitation and expose their spineless characters and instead dreamed up a conspiracy as an excuse to show up and demand to address those attending and trashing the organizer. And then Bitten fucking apologizes to cover for his own cowardly actions the first chance he gets – first COW meeting. Standards folks.
