Anyone checked out the MLS listings for Union Bay recently?

Can’t help but notice the ones pushing KIP down our throats over the years have now put up “For Sale” signs and are heading out. Nothing but bad financial news ahead for Union Bay landowners. The chickens are heading out because the rooster was shooting blanks.
